The ability to safely operate and maintain both hand tools and power tools is essential, as is understanding safety standards on construction sites. Proven experience as a carpenter with at least 2 years of work experience and proficiency in using hand and power tools safely is required. The ability to work well in coordination with other trades on construction or renovation projects is also crucial.
