Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule maintenance tasks for machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime.
Perform regular inspections and monitor systems to detect potential issues before they become problems.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and history for equipment.
Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, or software issues in equipment or machinery.
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, conducting root cause analysis to prevent future failures.
Repair or replace faulty components or machinery parts, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Oversee the installation of new equipment or systems, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and testing.
Work with other departments to integrate new systems with existing infrastructure.
Monitor and control maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high standards of equipment reliability.
