Key Responsibilities

  1. To comply with the company’s QHSE policies and procedures.

  2. Preparing Master Bill of Material.

  3. Coordinating with the procurement department for the availability of the required materials.

  4. Attending Client Meeting to know for their exact requirement.

  5. Co-ordinate with logistic company for duty exemption of the import material.

  6. Scheduling & targeting the date for completion of the project.

  7. Raising of RFI (Request for Information) to client for any clarification needed for construction/fabrication.

  8. Preparing MAR (Material Approval Request) and submitting to the Client for approval.

  9. Coordinating with the transport department for receiving raw materials.

  10. Conducting meeting with subcontractors like Drawing vendors, NDT, Machining, Galvanizing & painting.

  11. Coordinating with production department in-order to complete the job in scheduled time.

  12. Coordinating with transport department for material transporting for machining & painting.

  13. Follow-up with all departments for job status & completion.

  14. Completing the final product before the targeted date.

  15. Guiding Draftsman for actual descriptions provided in sketch.

  16. Coordinating with client for final approval before starting construction.

  17. Conducting weekly Meeting with Client, HSE & other Foreman’s and providing a detail projection about Job description.

  18. Coordinating with Project Manager for increasing or reducing manpower and resources.

  19. Prepare packing list for projects and co-ordinating with client and logistic companies for loading and documentation.
