Key Responsibilities
Monitor vendor performance regarding delivery and material quality.
Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
Review purchase orders and analyze price proposals.
Evaluate and monitor contracts to ensure vendor compliance.
Assist in developing specifications for equipment, materials, and services.
Maintain purchasing records, reports, and price lists.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and compliance with purchase orders.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships.
