Key Responsibilities
Raw material receiving and painted with color coded for project wise, materials issues.
Paint receiving and stored in predefined location, paint issues job wise.
The detail of the material received shall be recorded in the stores materials in ward register. (Project wise & supplier wise).
Raising delivery order. Stock: record register. Stock material releasing.
L P O Copy collection & collection of invoices from purchaser.
Client – free issued material / purchased material storage & identification record.
Welding rod issue record & control. - Manohar
All sub – contractor job, delivery note – receiving record.
Order the daily consumable items by monitoring the minimum stock list.
